Rod and I attended the Atlanta BBQ Club meeting over the weekend. We agreed to participate in the upcoming Father’s Day promotion, where any new BBQ member gets a basket of great BBQ items including a bottle of Rod’s Rub Steak Out!

Have you heard of the Atlanta BBQ Club (http://www.atlbbqclub.com)? It is a fairly new club, less than a year old, targeting BBQ lovers in the Atlanta-area to come together on a monthly basis to eat good BBQ.

We were pleased by the number of active members of the club. Each month Rod and the club members get together at a new BBQ location in the Atlanta-area to eat, share cooking tips and talk BBQ.

If you are interested in joining, it is $25 per person for the year. You can sign-up online at http://www.atlbbqclub.com. The next meeting is March 9th at 1:30 PM at K.C. BBQ Pit in Sandy Springs, GA. K.C. BBQ Pit is a favorite of ours. They are known for their ribs and the place is always packed.
